Total flexibility. If you have the time, availability and skills to pick up tasks from our upcoming list then you let us know. If you don’t, you don’t. Payment is instant on job completion. Simple!

Source control. Development standards. Quality Assurance and Support all provided. Skilled, high quality support with defined handover processes. None of the “messiness” that can accompany small jobs for unknown clients.
Total respect. Your ideas are as valuable to us as your work. We pay extra on every job for you to spend a little time doing four quick things:
Total equality. Whether hourly rate or (more usually) price per job, we literally pay you the same as we get paid ourselves for similar work. Our success comes from long-term relationships with customers and associates, not from short-term views of profitability or cost control. Q. How to I know if becoming an accociate is right for me?
A. After you express an interest by email, we send you a short list of queries on your current skills (e.g. “how would you rate your current skill level with Oxygen Builder?”). You can also ask any more detailed queries about how we would work together. This all gives you an idea of what we are looking for and whether our working methods are good for you, and you can decide if you want to progress to a full application.
Q. What’s the formal application process?
A. If your skills are a fit and you’re still interested in applying, you will be asked to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect our company and customer data, and to provide some form of photo ID. Following this you will be sent links to run through a short series of online tests. These are not strenuous and are simply designed to keep our application process stringently fair.
Q. How soon will I know if I have been successful?
A. We aim to let you know as soon as we have had a chance to compare results with any other applicants who might be asking to join the programme at a similar time, normally within 2-3 working days. If there’s any way we can do it faster, we will – we know how it feels to be waiting around for a reply.
Q. If I join the programme, what are my commitments?
A. None! Apart from being sure you can finish any job you choose to start, we don’t ask for any other form of commitment – you remain self-employed and simply get work through Enterprising IT when it suits you. You are always able to accept or refuse work as you would with any other client – we just like to make sure, through constantly checking in with you about how things are going and how our interactions could be further improved, that we are your client of choice!
Q. How soon do I get paid?
A. Whenever possible, the very same day that your work is complete. Sometimes it it can be the next working day, but basically – immediately! As we said, we want to be your client of choice and for you to keep coming back for more work from Enterprising IT whenever you have the availability.
